We print on real film
Every frame is printed on photographic film, not inkjet paper, then hand-assembled into the reel. Each photo appears twice, so the reel holds fourteen frames.

Questions
How long until it arrives?
Reels are made in 3–5 business days, then delivered in 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping is available in the customizer if you're working against a date.
What do I get for the starting price?
The starting price covers one reel of seven photos on its own. A viewer, extra reels, a custom reel center, engraving, and gift packaging are priced separately and shown as you add them in the customizer.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are used to make your order and nothing else. We never sell or share them, and we don't use them in marketing without asking you first.
Can I return a custom reel?
Because every reel is printed with your own photos, we can't resell returns. If a print or the viewer arrives defective, or the package is damaged in transit, we replace it free — just send us a photo within 30 days.
How big is the reel?
Each frame is 12.5 × 11.5 mm — about the size of a fingernail. The viewer is held up to a light and clicked through by hand.
