Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Production Time

Every reel is custom-made from your photos. Please allow [3–5] business days for us to review your photos, produce your reel, and prepare it for shipment. You will receive an email confirmation when your order enters production, and another with tracking information when it ships.

During peak gifting seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and the holiday season), production may take [1–2] additional business days. Ordering deadlines for holiday delivery will be posted on our homepage.

Total delivery time = production time + transit time. For standard shipping, most orders arrive within [7–12] business days of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we print labels from the address you provide. If you notice an error, email hello@reelkeepsake.com immediately. We can update the address any time before the order ships. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping fees may apply).

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us at hello@reelkeepsake.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Orders confirmed lost in transit will be replaced free of charge — see our Refund Policy.
